recently my cupcake pans were thrown in the trash as i couldn’t stand the sight of them. they were non-stick and were beginning to rust and turn brown. before my daughters 1st birthday party, i ran to william sonoma and purchased this lovely one.
what makes it special? it has a plastic lid! don’t know why i have gone so long without one and i love it. also, it is not non-stick and won’t age like my other non-stick pans have.
*please note: if the height of your cupcakes increase substantially after frosting them, this lid will smash them!
