i love my new cake pan! i have used my 9 inch cake pans for years and have not felt the need to purchase new ones. however, i don’t have an 8 inch round pan and find myself needing it more and more as of late.
usa pan is a commercial grade bakeware created for home use. the pans are coated with a clear non-stick, environmentally friendly silicone that is made specific for baking. does not contain any of the harsh chemicals found in some non-stick pots and pans. 
i just love the straight sides! so many cake pans flair out which require trimming of the cake. it also is made from heavy gauge aluminized steel and has a fluted surface that add strength and helps with air circulation for even baking.
